มาโอ, มาออน หรือชื่อทางการว่า มาโอ-มาออน เป็นเทศบาล เมืองหลักของเกาะมินอร์กา และที่ตั้งของสภาเกาะมินอร์กา เมืองนี้ตั้งอยู่บนชายฝั่งตะวันออกของเกาะซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของแคว้นปกครองตนเองหมู่เกาะแบลีแอริก ประเทศสเปน มาโอเป็นหนึ่งในอ่าวจอดเรือธรรมชาติที่ยาวที่สุดในโลก กล่าวคือ มีความยาว 5 กิโลเมตร และมีความกว้างถึง 900 เมตร อ่าวนี้มีน้ำลึกแต่ส่วนใหญ่ยังคงใสเนื่องจากถูกปิดล้อมเล็กน้อย นอกจากนี้ ยังกล่าวกันว่าเมืองนี้เป็นแหล่งกำเนิดของซอสมายองเนส
